Boarding FAQs
What should I pack for my pet’s stay?
We provide everything your pet needs for a comfortable stay. You are more than welcome to bring a familiar toy, their own bed or an unwashed t-shirt to help your pet feel right at home with a comforting scent.
Do you board pets with special medical needs?
Absolutely. Our experienced staff are trained to administer medications at no extra cost and provide mobility support for senior pets. We follow your veterinarian's instructions precisely to ensure your pet remains healthy and happy during their time with us.
Can I inspect the kennels before booking?
We encourage it! We would love to show you our facilities so you can see where your pet will be staying. Inspections are usually held by appointment during quiet periods to minimize disruption for our current guests.
What vaccinations are required?
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all animals, we require a current C5 vaccination certificate for dogs and an F3 for cats. Certificates must be sighted or emailed to us at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Please also ensure your pets are up to date with flea & tick mediation.
What happens if my pet becomes unwell?
Your pet's health is our top priority. If they appear unwell, we will contact you immediately. In case of any concerns, we consult with your nominated local vet or our trusted 24/7 emergency veterinarian partners.
